Returns (Domestic Orders)

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns of items purchased with discounts or during promotions.
  • Returns for accessories (Beyond Creations) are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must not be used and must be in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging (bags and hangtags). If the item is not in its original condition, we will charge €5.00 per garment.

Return Process:

  1. To coordinate the return, please send us a photo of the item you would like to return to support@suzannerosenwasser.com.
  2. If your return is approved, a shipping label will be provided. The return shipping label must be created within 30 days of receiving your order. The return must then be delivered to our warehouse no later than day 37 from the date you received your order.
  3. Returns delivered after day 37 will not be accepted, even if the label was created on time.

Orders of €150 or More:

We offer free return shipping if you postmark your return within 7 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 7 days of receipt, a shipping fee of €5 will be deducted from your credit.

Orders Under €150:

When using our shipping label, a shipping fee of €5 will be deducted from your credit.

Would You Like to Return a Gift?

We only accept returns of gifts purchased directly from our website. We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs. Please include the order number and customer name.

When the garments arrive at the warehouse, a gift card will be issued for the value paid for the product.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

suzannerosenwasserpima will cover shipping costs to replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item for another reason, the same return policy will apply.

Sale Items or Purchased with a Discount Code

All promotional and sale items are final. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed before or after the promotion period. Additionally, sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

International Orders

For returns or exchanges of international orders, suzannerosenwasserpima does not provide return labels. The costs must be covered by the purchaser.

For orders shipped internationally, please note that suzannerosenwasserpima is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, customs duties, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These extra costs, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Customs Clearance:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered comply with their local customs regulations.

Additional Charges:

Please be aware that each country may have its own set of regulations and charges, and it is advisable for buyers to familiarize themselves with these before placing an international order. Failure to comply with customs requirements may result in the order being held or returned, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an international order with suzannerosenwasserpima, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to assume responsibility for any customs-related fees or charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I Return Items Purchased from Another Retailer?

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, you must contact the retailer directly. suzannerosenwasserpima cannot accept returns for items purchased through another retailer.

How Do I Return from Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?

We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We ask that you please return the order using the form included with your package and be sure to include the order number in the return shipping address.
